The first Master Class, held in November 2019 in Budapest was very well received, attended both by surgeons and by non-surgeons (physiatrists, neurologists, OT, physiotherapists). The average satisfaction of the participants ranked very high, with 100% stating that they would recommend the course to a friend/colleague, which was extremely rewarding.
So, despite the ongoing worldwide sanitary crisis, and the remaining uncertainty about the near future, we have decided to go on with the organization of the second Master Class.
It will take place in Budapest again, on 29-30 October 2021.
This second Master Class, which combines cadaver lab dissections and lectures, is designed:
for Hand Surgeons, Orthopedic Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons, and Neurosurgeons who want to improve their knowledge and technical skills in surgery of the Spastic Upper Limb,
and for Physiatrists, Neurologists, junior Medical Students, Physio- and Occupational Therapists who want to increase their awareness of the possibilities of the surgical treatment.
Surgeon participants will practice surgical techniques themselves, under the guidance of international experts. Non-surgeons will observe the surgical demonstrations, and have specific dedicated lectures during the practical sessions. The format will by and large be the same as for the first Master Class.
All sanitary regulations will be enforced, and all participants will be provided with the necessary safety equipment.
As the course was fully booked last time, may we suggest that you register as soon as possible. Because of the continuous change in sanitary regulations, we will not collect any fee until the last moment.
We are very much looking forward to sharing this second Master Class with you!
